He has worked with various Organization and industries in India and abroad such as Telecom, DTH, Real estate, Pharmaceutical, ITeS, Digital media, Publishing, Civil and Military sectors. He has vast experience in culture transformation, leadership development, change facilitation, team building, executive coaching and mentoring.


On a mission to create Influencers who are Purpose Driven and Capable, Charanjit has distinguished himself in creating frameworks that ensure alignment of training interventions with business needs, co-creating workplace learning and performance initiatives that are application focused. The business impact is created by engaging functional managers early and consistently across the learning process to boost their motivation and performance.

  • Culture Transformation – A case study based on the training intervention “Crucial Conversations” , has been published by Vital Smarts, USA. This case study enumerates How Crucial Conversations Training helped Indian television provider Tata Sky rebuild corporate culture.
  • Return on Investment in Training – A training intervention consisting of classroom workshops and on the job coaching where the training effectiveness in money terms was documented. This intervention had earned an ROI of 310%. This case study was included in a book (Measuring ROI in Learning & Development) published by American Society of Training and Development in 2012.
